Strengths-Based Coaching and Creativity Retreat
Discover your Strengths
September 24 - 26, 2021 | Idyllwild, CA
Join us in Idyllwild, California for a weekend retreat designed to help you discover your strengths, set your goals and design your action plan. Our weekend retreat will rely on the research and model provided by the CliftonStrengths assessment. Our Gallup-certified CliftonStrengths Coach, Summer Koide, will help you understand and identify your strengths, establish your Core Personal Statement, and design your Goal and Action Plan.
If you’re tired of running on autopilot, frustrated that you can’t find traction for what you want next in your life, overwhelmed by the mounting pressures of the bizarre lives we are living, then you are definitely who we have designed this program for.
Questions? Let’s talk! We’d love to learn about you and share more about this retreat.
Start with us
We don’t expect you to walk in knowing exactly what you want, although it’s okay if you do! We’re prepared to meet each retreat guest at their own personal stage of “self-discovery”.
Enjoy them extras
Expect to have some fun, too! We’ve got a hot tub on the deck for some outdoor R&R, a cabin surrounded by half an acre of pine trees if you love nature and plenty of social time together. Read more about our accommodations.
Build Community
You’ll meet other women who like you are searching for their personal path to fulfillment! Just don’t be surprised if you make some new life-long friends coming out of the weekend. It happens, and we are here for it.
COVID Considerations
We will be limiting our occupancy to ensure proper social distancing at our retreat event. Guests are required to show proof of vaccination before arrival. Our team will be vaccinated as well. Learn more

Join us in Idyllwild, California
"Mile-high Idyllwild" is a popular southern California mountain resort nestled in the San Jacinto mountains. Set among tall pines, sweet smelling cedars and Legendary rocks. The town has kept its "small town" atmosphere. Locally owned shops and restaurants are all you will find here. Come and experience the peace and quiet of Idyllwild.
One of Idyllwild's attractions is that it offers all four seasons, yet in winter is only an hour's drive down to the desert on the Pines to Palms Scenic Byway. It currently offers no skiing; thus "the Hill" has been minimally developed over the years and remains a center for hiking, mountain and rock climbing, and horseback riding.
Idyllwild was once the summer home for bands of Cahuilla Indians, who migrated to the area to escape the heat of lower elevation deserts. The Cahuilla's grinding slabs can still be seen in Idyllwild.
Idyllwild was listed in the 1998 book 100 Best Small Art Towns in America, by John Villani, and is home to many artists and musicians, notably drummer David Atwood of the 1970s rock group America, Bobby Womack, and Richard Halligan, a founding member of Blood, Sweat & Tears. Current PGA tour star Brendan Steele was born and raised in Idyllwild.
