COVID Considerations

Because your safety is important to us, here are a few guidelines that we will be following in accordance with the CDC:

• We will be limiting our occupancy to ensure proper social distancing at our retreat event.

• Guests are required to show proof of vaccination before arrival. Our team will be vaccinated as well.

• We will be checking with each guest before arrival for a self-assessment of symptoms of possible illness or exposure to anyone testing positive for COVID-19.

• Guests’ temperatures will be checked upon arrival. Anyone with a temperature of 100.4 or higher will not be allowed to check i and will be assisted in rescheduling their retreat.

• High traffic areas will be cleaned and disinfected several times per day.

• Hand sanitizer will be available throughout our retreat location, as well as in each guest room.

• We will provide disposable masks in each guest room as our guests and team will be asked to wear masks when in close proximity to others, such as during indoor workshops and in common areas. Outdoor activities where proper distancing is observed, masks are optional.

• Each guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected upon checkout for the safety of each incoming guest.

• Our team will be following recommended guidelines and will be wearing masks and gloves while preparing and serving any meals, snacks or refreshments.

• Social distancing will be followed at meal times. Guests may take their meals in their rooms if they wish, or they can enjoy their meals in one of our two outdoor decks.

• Unfortunately, our hot tub will be closed during this retreat to ensure each guest’s safety.

• We will be using air purifiers in common areas.
